drink!!!

hi, today I will speak about drugs and addictions, first I do not usually use drugs in my normal day, but some times I drink some coffee and alcohol when I go to parties and stuff. speaking of coffee, I drink coffee almost every time when I feel tired, maybe to wake-up and to keep focus in the study. it helps me a lot.

the coffee has caffeine, a stimulant that acts as an adenosine antagonist, it means that the caffeine do not live the adenosine make her work, that how it helps the coffee, because the adenosine causes fatigue. the problem with coffee it is that it cause problems to the receptors of adenosine, and at last you will need more coffee to make the effect of energize your self.

also we had the alcohol, I drink alcohol only in partys, I guess it is like a custom of the young people, and it helps to reduce the anxiety, also makes bigger my self confidence, that is good in parties, because one just want to be happier and worryless, that a use I guess is the reason why most of the people drink alcohol in her parties and other times.

but the alcohol has a lot of problems, the first and more visible are the lost of control and reason, that it could be dangerous to the rest of the people, because as most know, a drunk person could be fight-full, also do dangerous and sometimes stupid thing as drive drunk or try to do some challenges.

finally I don´t have friends or know anyone addict to hard drugs, but I have a lot of friends that use drugs and also his friends could be addicts to drugs more addictives.
 

Post graduate studies

I think that study and learn ist one of the more important aspects in the life, one person needs allways to be learning and using his brain, some times I do not like to study at all but, even if I am tired, at the end of the day, I steady thinking that is an important part of our lives, to perfect ourselves and be better.

I guess that I will like to study anything alse after the end of my courrier, like a degree but I do not know what to take or do, I think I will be able to choose in the other years wen I will know more about anyone of this degrees, but by now I think it would be interesting to do some investigation after my years of study.

of course I will like to do some degree in other countrie, it is an spectacular oportunity to travel and know a diferent countrie and ways to teach, also is an interesting thing to do and to tell to the other persons like a history. in the other hand, there is an a big added to my personal resume, like something that would help me to get job, and to make important the univercity. to know other cultures and universities, also a lot of people, of course I probably will need english to understand all.
